"Galaxy Note 4: Owners of Samsung's latest flagship phablet in the U.S. are still waiting for the release of Android 5.0 Lollipop for their devices. After an earlier report that the Note 4 Lollipop release would be delayed due to coding issues, significant progress has been made this month in other territories. Poland, South Korea and Germany have already seen Note 4 Lollipop updates, while French and Canadian carriers have confirmed updates in the near future, boding well for a U.S. release shortly."

So no US carriers have it yet. But it's working its way across the globe.
