Not updating

My lg h871 and lg h871s are both stuck on Android oreo and won't upgrade to Pie am I missing something?

Are you still using both phones on AT&T?

@lizdance40 I switched carriers not so long ago maybe 3 months ago but my phones were bought in the AT&T store

At&t phones only update while using at&t network for service.   You cant contact at&t server with another carrier.

So there's no way for me to update if they're unlocked?

Sure, put them back on AT&T long enough to trigger the updates.
