Not receiving group text messages
I have been having a problem with receiving group messages. The problem started several months ago. I would receive messages, but was unable to open them. I replaced my old phone with a Moto g a few days ago. Now I'm not even receiving the group messages. This is extremely frustrating. If I can't fix this issue in the next couple of days I'm going to return the phone. I have SMS enabled, Group Messaging, and Auto retrieve checked in the messaging settings. Does anyone know what else I can try?
