Not connected to at&t network.
Samsung Galaxy S ll. Cant send texts and cant receive calls. Not connecting to at&t network. No up or download arrows appear at top of home screen. I do have the bars showing. Connect to wifi fine. Try to send text and get a failed message. Airplane mode off.

Its unclear if you just bought the phone and it doesn't work. Or if it worked before, and suddenly stopped working. And if you bought it recently, is it used? You're sure its the AT&T branded GS2? Try talking out the SIM, and re-inserting it. Or go to an AT&T store and ask them to replace the SIM.
Aside from that, more info needed.
