No WIFI calling option on ATT Radiant core

Ok I'm getting kinda annoyed. I have a unlocked note5(from tmobile) that I have used with att for awhile now but got sick of not having wifi calling in my house. I purchased this phone because it claims to have the option.

however, mine does not. I am annoyed, and frustrated. How the (Edited per community guidelines) do I get wifi on ATT prepaid? Is there a phone that actually has it as claimed?

wifi calling only works on at&t branded phones therefore you wont get wifi calling on your tmobile phone regardless of prepaid or postpaid

@Constructive I understand that, but like I said, I did get a att phone in which according to the link should have wifi calling.

Well if it's not the phone, (because it's At&t branded) then your account has not been provisioned properly, or the SIM card is old and not provisioned for HD voice. Try calling 611 and see if ATT can correct your account so that your phone will work properly.

I am aware of that which is why i purchased the att phone from walmart, however it doesn't have that option either,  but it's claimed to.

I should have asked if the $50 is the discount on unlimited plus, $75 - 25 =50?  Not the 8 gig $50 - 10

Actually if you look at my initial post I was quite clear on this as well as the title of the post. Anyway. The information AT&T has on this phone is misleading. It does NOT have wifi calling even though it is an ATT branded phone with instructions online how to enable it. I called support, they were of no help.

The description of this phone on AT&T, Walmart and Target website all say that this AT&T phone is Wi-Fi calling capable on AT&T. 

I listed in my earlier post some things which might prevent Wi-Fi calling from working. If your account is not provisioned correctly 4 HD voice. If you have an old SIM card which is not provisioned for HD service 4 Wi-Fi calling. If you are on the unlimited plus Prepaid Plan, it is well known that Wi-Fi calling does not work on that plan, it's supposed to, it's included, but doesn't always work.

   Perhaps you have a defective phone

The documentation may need updating on that phone.  On most of the newer phones I've used the Wi-Fi Calling settings have moved to the Phone app settings instead of Network settings.  These screenshots are from an LG Phoenix 4.  Its online tutorial has the same instructions as the Radiant Core, but this is how it is actually accessed.
  • Open the Phone app
  • Select the 3 vertical dots/bars in the top right corner
  • Select Call Settings
 
 
Maybe these steps will also work for the Radiant Core.
 
Another thing that may be an issue is your SIM.  AT&T Prepaid has only had HD and Wi-FI Calling for a little over a year.  Depending on how long you've had AT&T Prepaid, your SIM might be to old to support it.  The earliest SIMs that supported those features have 27 or higher for the 9th and 10th digits of the ICCID.  If those digits are 26 or lower, you need a new SIM.
