No service

I keep getting an error message on my phone that says service has been temporarily turned off by the carrier .I checked to make sure I wasn't missing a payment, but I'm not. I also did a factory reset on my phone, but the issue is still happening.

We can definitely help you with data service, @hspinicci.

We understand how important access to data is these days. Are you on a multi-line prepaid plan, or a mobile share family plan?

Check your device settings to ensure Cellular Data is enabled by swiping down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon. Check Connections, then Mobile data. Some Android settings may vary so you can change device (top right corner) and select your make & model if needed.

If your device settings check out and you're still having issues using a family share plan please take a look at Turn data off or on for eligible devices, and let us know what you determine.
