No service

For the past couple of days my services have been limited (calls drop or don't come through) Well my phone hasn't rang ALL day and it won't let me make a call and keep giving me a message about emergency calls only. My tex messages are not being sent either.

Thanks for reaching out on this. Go ahead and power down your device completely for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. If you're still unable to make calls or receive texts afterwards, could you let us know the type of device you have?

 

You can directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues with the AT&T Mark the Spot app. It can also keep you informed on known service issues and upcoming wireless infrastructure improvements.
