No email

I can't send or receive any email this has been going on for a week. I have a bellsouth email address and Gmail I have tried everything I can, when I check my email in bellsouth I get a message saying can't sync this folder can you help

We can assist you the best that we can with your email. Some questions that we need answered before we begin troubleshooting are:

 

1. Where or what program are you using to check your email? (Webmail, or Email Client)

 

2. What you tried to check your BellSouth email by itself by going to https://soc.att.com/2Evr6g2 you need assistance with the sign in process, you can find the instructions here: AT&T Email Sign-In Article)

 

3. When was the last time that you got email from your BellSouth email address?
