No confirmation email to unlock phone

I requested an unlock 2days ago ; i have not received email with the link that expires in 24 hours

It can take up to 2 business days for us to respond to your device unlock request. Make sure to check your SPAM and Junk folders for any email updates regarding your unlock request. Also, you're more than welcome to check the status of your request by following these instructions.

AT&T sent me my confirmation number but it went in my junk mail and I miss the 24 hour deadline and now my phone is in limbo the confirmation number is no good and when I put in my IMEI number it just says that it’s already been submitted but it’s been one week and nothing has happened and I can’t check the status because there’s no confirmation number because it expired I’ve called AT&TFive times in the last week been put on hold for three hours and nobody can help me what can I do
