No 4G on my LG G7 ThinQ

I recently (this morning) took my LG G7 ThinQ to the AT&T store and had it activated on the network using my current phone number. However, I am not getting 4G on it, only LTE.

It is an LG G7 model number G710AWM.

Any clue what I should be looking for?

Can you provide us with the zipcode where you are not receiving 4G coverage? We want to check if the towers in your area provide 4G coverage.
Have you checked your device settings to see if your device is compatible with 4G coverage? Some devices aren't compatible with some coverage.
