No 4G on my LG G7 ThinQ

I recently (this morning) took my LG G7 ThinQ to the AT&T store and had it activated on the network using my current phone number.  However, I am not getting 4G on it, only LTE. 

It is an LG G7 model number G710AWM. 

Any clue what I should be looking for?

  • Can you provide us with the zipcode where you are not receiving 4G coverage? We want to check if the towers in your area provide 4G coverage.
  • Have you checked your device settings to see if your device is compatible with 4G coverage? Some devices aren't compatible with some coverage.
