No 4G data

I recently bought a Blackview BV9900 Pro unlocked phone. I went to the ATT store near me and got a new sim card for it. It was working perfectly fine for 4 or 5 days. The just today, my 4G stopped working. At best, I can get 3G data to work. I have tried manually entering the APN setting, selecting 4G network, and resetting my network settings. Each time, I restart my phone. I am very frustrated at this point. Could you please advise me what to do.

Thanks,

Eric

Hi @supersoldiere11

Thank you for reaching out to us. We'll be happy to look into this for you.

What zip code are you located in? Is this only happening in one area or is this everywhere you go? We can check for tower issues in the area. In the meantime, you can also try using our troubleshoot and resolve diagnostic tool.

BTW, that phone won't work on any US carrier when 3g shuts down, which could be any day.   T-Mobile is kicking phones out in early 2021.  AT&T is already kicking phones out as 3g is repurposed for 5g.   You will be without talk and text before February of 2022
