New SIM card

Can I order a 4G chip for my new K118 Tooton Android unlocked tablet? The SIM card I have from my old Android tablet ZTE K92 I installed in the new tablet, but it says emergency calls only. It won't connect to my 4G cellular network. What can I do to get it working?

If that Sim was active in your other tablet and won't work in the new one it's probably because that brand is not AT&T certified..

Does it even have LTE bands to work on AT&T in the USA?

Yes, the tablet supports 4G LTE.  Another owner of this tablet was able to connect their AT&T cellular network and Cricket.

Hey there! We understand you're facing issues when trying to activate your existing SIM in a new device, and we are here to provide the information you need.

In order to use the SIM on a new device, the details need to be updated on your account. In order to do that, we need to verify, and access, your account. Look out for a DM notification from us, where we will take things forward.

Looking forward to speaking with you, and thank you for visiting AT&T Community Forums!
