Network unlock phone

I've tried three times to use ur unlock service only to be told each time I didn't confirm my email even tho I did please may I hear from someone about network unlock for Moto g6 so I can get ur service with the at$t sim card I received????

i am having similar problem. i keep submitting request for network unlock but never receive confitmation email.
