Need passcode to active via the Automated line but I'm unable to create a online account to create a passcode
HI. I switched from T-mobile to ATT via a sales agent at sams club. I got 2 new phones and 2 lines. My phone numbers from T-mobile are to be ported over. I got the phones today But when i call the automated Line to activate them It asks for a passcode. When I say I don't know it wants to transfer me to a agent. In order to create a passcode I need to make a online account. When I try to make a online account I get "this account is suspended or inactive" and gives me a number to call. I'm unable to create a account so I'm unable to activate the phones over the automated line. Am I better off just going in person to a Store or will they be like "we can't help you without a online account or passcode"?
