Need invoice for phone purchased online

This is ridiculous that AT&T doesn't easily supply invoices for a phone purchased on their website. Searching for this issue shows that many others have had this problem. This is the first company I've ever dealt with that doesn't have one readily available; (Edited per community guidelines) is wrong with you AT&T?!

I can't locate it anywhere online on my account, I wasn't given one at time of purchase, and I spend an hour on the phone being transferred to 3! people and hung up when the 3rd wanted to transfer me to a 4th person. How is this such a difficult thing. Going to cancel AT&T and never buy anything from you again. Horrible customer service; but I'm sure you're "sorry for the inconvenience."

Send me my freaking invoice! You should probably send me a gift card too for wasting my time
