When I call someone my name or number are not displayed on their phone it says private number

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why your Caller ID isn't being displayed correctly when you make phone calls.
Have you already checked your cell phone's settings to make sure that your phone call settings aren't currently set to Block Caller ID for all calls?
