If you had a Google play account (Gmail) then login here https://contacts.google.com/?hl=en and they should all be there assuming your phone was set to sync with this account.
How do I delete a contact? Their email address is no longer valid so I need to remove them. The Edit function just edits the info but does not provide a delete.
