My Android 5g phone loses its service connection when near a specific wifi location
My Pixel 6 Android 5g phone will not function when I am at work...No phone calls, no text. Work wifi is having issues. I have it as a saved network BUT I am not trying to connect to it.
My spouses phone is a Moto 4g phone. He does not have the work wifi as a saved network. His phone continues to function as a phone and can use data over our ATT service when he is in the building.
What trouble shooting steps should I follow? As a first step, should I delete the work wifi and see if my phone will stay connected?

Yes, you can delete the work Wi-Fi and turn your Wi-Fi off. Make sure your cellular data is turned on. Then try resetting your network settings to refresh your connection. Resetting the network restores the default settings on the device.
Be aware, Bluetooth pairing and Wi-Fi settings are deleted and will need to be re-added. You will not lose data like pictures, videos, or text.
Next, visit our AT&T Wireless Support. Select Get Suggestions. You'll be directed to the Fix an Issue section. From there you will select your device then navigate back to that section and click Connection>Internet.
Allow this tool to troubleshoot your device by following the prompts and you'll be presented with our top personalized solutions.
