Mobile Data Won't Connect - Alcatel OneTouch

I have an Alcatel ONETOUCH ALLURA (5056O) on ATT Prepaid, for 2 days now it won't connect to mobile data. (Exclamation mark on the data icon).
I've already:
- reset networking settings

- I've doublechecked that International Roaming is ON

- rebooted (hard reboot, holding power and volume down buttons)

- turned it on and off
- turned on airplane mode on and off several times

It still won't connect. I am traveling abroad, I don't have wifi, I cannot call support. Please help!
