Mic doesn't work well on speaker setting on phone calls
My wife has a ATT Radiant Max 5G phone. The mic works fine when on standard mode when making phone calls. However when she turns it onto speaker we can barely hear her when she speaks. Is it a setting, app issue or the phone itself?

We recommend our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool, which is a great resource that creates a personalized experience specifically for your device. This tool can also help pinpoint where the issue is occurring. Here you will select the make and model of your device. You will be directed to a page which will allow you to select the issue you are experiencing. Please be sure to select Audio under Device/Software issues.
If the above option does not resolve your speakerphone issue, we may have to look into warranty replacement or repair options.
