Hello @MalorieCalhoun!

I am sorry you are having issues charging your phone. Let's check some options to correct the problem! The first thing you will want to do is plug the charger into a different outlet or test a different one. Keep in mind to maintain optimal battery performance and prevent possible damage to the device, it is recommended to only use LG-approved chargers.

For additional solutions, please check out the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool, which provides a personalized guide. After logging into your account, select Power and battery.

We'd love to hear back from you and know how this works for you. Thank you for posting and have a wonderful day!

I am having the same problem. my phone died and then when  I went to charge it, nothing happened. I went through the troubleshooting on the att website, and I used 3 different cords, 3 outlets, plus my laptop and also my super battery pack.  I always have the phone case on it so there was no dust or corrosion on or around the battery. I actually just opened the back of the phone for the first time since I had it. I really don't have any problems and this happening was a surprise because it hasn't been showing signs of any problems. I will say that lately, it will die a lot quicker than it used too. I just assume that issue is from the os bugs. I have only had the phone for almost two years. I came here to look and see if anyone else was having the same issues I was having and what the had to do about it. Do I contact LG or ATT?? Since the issue isn't from me damaging the phone will it all be worked out? I know once someone looks at how well I have taken care of my phone they will no its not from me physically damaging the phone.  This is just my first time having an issue like this, and I don't know how it all works in these situations.
