LG V20 Oreo

My LG V20 (H910) has still not gotten the Android 8.0 Oreo update and it's been almost a month since it was announced is there any other way to update to the latest version or just how long will it take to get to my phone because I am tired of Nougat and I want the latest

Hello @Sonic13,

We can definitely answer that for you. The most recent software update for the wireless device that you're currently using, was made available to all AT&T customers on August 23rd, 2018. Have you made sure that you're using an active Wi-Fi connection, and have enough available storage on your wireless device, when trying to update the software? We've provided a helpful link with steps for you to Update your software as well. Please let us know if this helps.

Hello @Sonic13.

If you have not received the LG V20 software update from August 23, 2018, you can check out this online tutorial for how to prompt the software update. Note that you need to be in the U.S. on the AT&T network, using an AT&T SIM card, have enough open memory, and be connected to Wi-Fi for the update to download. Thanks for reaching out to us on Forums!

But is the the update being released in phases? Because I still have not gotten it and I have an AT&T SIM card and I'm in the U.S.
