LG v20 h910a doesn't support AT&T HD voice

I received an email from AT&T that my LG v20 H910 will not work on AT&T networks effective Feb 2022 because it doesn't support HD voice. My SIM card has "27" in the 9th & 10th digit of SIM # which means SIM supports HD voice. AT&T support doc lists phone and model as supporting HD voice, yet I cannot find a way to enable it.

Hey there @Davidbloeper!

Let's look into whether your device supports AT&T HD Voice. Try resolving your experience by performing the following steps:

  1. Tap Settings > More > Enhanced LTE Services.
  2. Confirm the radio button selection:
    • Selected: On
    • Not Selected: Off

Users are unable to place or receive HD Voice (VoLTE) calls if the device is not set to allow HD calls. These set of instructions should set you up to start using the service.

We hope this helps.

There is no "more"in settings. There is a "more" in settings>call. That brings this menu:
From settings>call>more>additional settings, the only options are "caller id" and "call waiting"

Btw, my LG V20 is actually model #H915
