Lg rebel trac phone wont complete reboot

I screenshots where I discovered 3 different devices were hacked in secretly threw my wifi somehow (which I never uaed yet continually forced to turn off). After the screenshot it backed me outta the app that help me find the information then wouldn't allow me back into it so j quickly took the battery out to stop whatever could be happening in my phone. However, it has not allowed my phone to complete a boot up when turning phone back on. It basically remains on Trac Phone booting screen .Android icon saying its restarting not to turn off .Even might show the LG starting screen but continues back to the Trac Phone starting screen .Its been a repeated process almost 24 hrs now. I tried charging (for just incase), seeing if holding power button down to see if option of anything will pop up (does nothing), allowing a couple hours then try again .I'm stuck .I need my phone and I'm not sure what its doing or how to get into my phone to stop anything I might be able to prevent please help asap. ~ Thanks ahead of time , ~SunShyne~

Hi @~SunShyne~,

Allow us to assist you with this issue. The first thing you can try is removing the battery again for 30 seconds. Afterwards, insert the battery back in facing the correct way. Turn your device back on afterwards, and see if you are able to bypass the boot up screen.

If you are still dealing with this issue you can try performing a factory reset. Visit the Hard Reset support page to learn how to do so. Be mindful that this will erase all of your user data, so make sure you back up your information prior to performing a hard reset. Let us know if this helps!
