LG Phoenix 4 - How to turn off pinging noise when adjusting volume

When I raise or lower the volume on my LG Phoenix 4 phone it makes a pinging noise that's louder or softer depending on what way I'm adjusting the volume. The problem is that it's very high pitched and loud when I'm turning the volume up high. If I'm wearing headphones it hurts my ears, is there any way to turn it off?

Good afternoon @jaytodd760!

We can provide the answers about the volume indicator for your Phoenix 4 device!

The ping-alert that plays when adjusting the cellphone's volume helps notify the consumer what volume selection they would prefer when changing the sound.

Unfortunately, there is no features available to disable the ping-volume indicator except to change the device's sound profile to silent or vibrate as per the Sound Article for LG Phoenix 4 (LM-X210).

If you have any additional questions regarding the Phoenix 4 features, you may need to contact the brand manufacturer for assistance.

We hope this helps.
