LG Phoenix 3 factory reset not working

I did an ALTERNATE RESET to my phone and when I tried to enter my email and password it just said to try again in 24 hours or try another email...

I reset the device again and its still tells me the same thing

Let's see if we can find a solution @slowspace,

Our Device Support page has a step by step process for resetting the phone.

If you could answer the following questions it may help us better determine what is happening:

When you are trying to enter your email is that at the initial setup for the phone?
Is it possible that the email and password combination aren't correct?
Are you able to login to your email through a web browser?
