My lg g4 wont unlock from att. Went through the process of getting the unlock code from att. After inserting the sim card consumer cellular sent to me and turning on the phone, There is no screen to enter the unlock code. I need help!

Consumer Cellular uses ATT for service and the SIM card is still an ATT sim. So no pop up is generated.
