LG G2 replacement phone from Asurion defective

I am having problems with my G2 that I have recieved from Asurion a few weeks ago. There are parts of the screen that does not respond to the touch and it is now to the point where I can't unlock it. There wasn't any water damage nor is the screen broken. I am wondering if there is anything AT&T will help me do to fix it or replace it, do I have to contact Asurion? Am I going to have to pay for something? Is it still under a warranty of any kind? Please help me.

Hello @mushoutlaw24

It should definitely have some warranty, either the original or 90 days, whichever is greater. I believe you can call AT&T to get help with that (if I'm wrong about this, they will transfer you to the right person), it's 1-800-331-0500. It's better to call from another phone, as they might need to troubleshoot some things first. And finally, as long as there is no physical or water damage, there will be no charge to get it replaced under warranty.

Thank you,

As long as device has no physical damage or water damage and is still under warranty (under a year from which you did the insurance claim), you would call AT&T not Asurion.  I'm in advanced android technical support and do these all the time.  Give us a call, preferably from another phone, we'd be happy to do a remote support and find out what is going on with your device. 1-800-331-0500 / option 2 for technical support
