Latest update issues

After the latest update my LG-K40 has been freezing and sluggish. Are there any known fixes?

Hey there @Jroudon!

 

One step you can take which may help resolve your device's sluggish performance and constant freezes is to perform a Factory Reset of your device. Allow us to assist.

 

We invite your to visit our Device Support tool to first backup and save your device before performing a Factory Reset. After selecting your make and model select Backup & storage then make your selection. Once that completes, select Troubleshooting then Reset device.

Have you tried simply rebooting or restarting the phone?

Sometimes it's as simple as that.
