Hi, @Jledoux51,
Are you asking how to stream from your device to your smart TV? If so, Samsung has information on how to play media content from smartphone to Smart TV. Does that help? If not, could you please explain further what you're trying to do?

Samsung J3 along with other recent Galaxy models, do not support MHL. You will not find an adapter that will work. So you will be looking at wireless connection of both the J3 and the tv to the same wifi router. Furthermore, I don't think J3 has a built in app like Smart View to stream signal out. So you will need at a 3rd party app like Allcast as suggested. Depending on your smart tv, whether it can display the signal from the J3, you may need a device to connect to the hdmi port of the TV. It can be a chromecast, roku, android tv box... just to name a few.
