Is there a way to unlock the phone when the lock screen password is not available?
My son passed away 3 years ago and I've been still paying for his line. We know there are pictures and a document he wanted us to have but we are unable to access it without his password.
Is there a way around it without resetting it back to factory?

Unfortunately no. Service providers do not control user locks. The only way to remove the user lock would be through the manufacturer and it would wipe the phone.
