Imei number entered doesn't match at&t

The imei of a phone which I bought and paid off is not showing in your systems, I would like it to be unlocked and have tried every route possible with no avail, please help if possible

Was your device on an AT&T postpaid account for sixty days with no past due or unpaid balance, or on an AT&T prepaid account for six months? If so, and if it meets the other requirements listed in the preceding link, then please call 800.331.0500 or go to the Contact AT&T Wireless page and scroll down for chat.
