  • Are you the account owner or an authorized user on the account that the device is or was associated with? This is required for authentication purposes.

As the previous agent stated please make sure your device meets all requirements before attempting to unlock it, as your device unlock request may be denied if it doesn't meet all requirements.

 

Have you also tried checking your device unlock status? You'll need your request number and device IMEI number. If your device unlock request is pending, please wait for the device unlock request to clear out from the system before submitting another request. 

 

We also recommend confirming request on the email we sent you to unlock your device. Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. Lastly let us know if you are a current/former AT&T customer to better assist you. For non AT&T purchases, we recommend contacting the reseller to unlock your device.

Let us know if you are a current/former AT&T customer to help you unlock your device on our end. If you are not an AT&T customer, we recommend waiting for the device unlock request to clear from the system to submit another device unlock request.
