Place an order. The credit check credit is not done until you order. There is no pre-check.

If your current service is working well, please stay put until stores open again and customer service resumes normal activity.
If you insist and run into bumps, at least you are now prepared.

I totally agree with @lizdance40 this is not a good time to make a change, any kind of change. Not only are carrier stores closed, phone support is skeletal to nil. Your best option is to wait until stores reopen and all modes of support are available.
You don't want to be stuck or left hanging if things go sideways.
