I need to know how to upgrade my software to android 7.1

Let's see if we can help you get your software updated. We would need to determine what device that you currently have to see if it is capable of updating to 7.1 or 8.0.

@ssjensenfitzgerald , hope you can come back and answer our questions. LIke, what phone? The model would be nice. For example, is it a Samsung S4? (answer for that one is - not possible).

So, if you want help, we need more info.
