Hold Both volumes up and down, and power button at the same time.  It may take a full minute to reboot.

Rousseff also, that phone may have a removable back and battery. If it does pull the battery out.

We want to advise that you follow @lizdance40's advice and reboot your phone.

  • Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, until the device restarts.

Also, check out our Device Support center to follow instructions on how to remove the battery of your device. After selecting your device's make and model choose Device info followed by Phone assembly.

 

After removal, reinsert the battery, place the cover back on, and power on the device to test if the phone loads pass the logo splash screen.
