I made a request to unlock my device

I made already a request to unlock my device 16 feb.(4 days ago) and still no answer, you only send me that email :

"We're processing your request to unlock your AT&T device"


and it still being processed, who can help me with that?

The typical processing time for a device unlock request is between 2 and 5 business days. The time frame can be extended if there is a surplus of requests, as our back office team does want to complete all requests in a timely manner. You can check the status of your device unlock request online any time; this will help you track what is happening.


Since you submitted the unlock request on February 16th, I would recommend waiting one more day to see if you receive a response. If you don’t, please revisit this thread so we can look into some alternatives to get your phone successfully unlocked!
