I forgot confirmation within 24 hours of the device unlock request.

I made a request to unlock the device, but forgot to confirm it within 24 hours by the email sent.
If you try to request again, it will be "Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI. Check your request status for more info." And the request will not be delayed.
The request status remains "Pending" for more than 14 days. What should i do?

Hello HiroY, let's take a closer look into what happens if your unlock request email was not confirmed.

If you missed the confirmation email and didn’t confirm within 24 hours, then it will stay stuck in a pending status until it automatically cancels.

You would want to make sure that the device meets all the device unlock requirments in order to continue the process. If the pending status continues after 30 days let us know so that we can further assist.
