I Factory Reset My S7 Edge And It Stayed On The June 1, 2017 security patch and It can't update

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Operating On Android 7.0

 

My phone says it is up to date. The Recent Update Is The July 2017 Patch Update. Can Someone Please Tell Me How Do I Update To The January 1, 2018 Security Patch Updates And Other Future Updates

Yeah it does your not going to get updates EVER...  ATT only updates phones connected to the ATT network on ACTIVE ATT accounts.

Because that is how ATT wants to do it...  You have to be a ATT customer connected to a ATT tower...  They have a database that gets checked before att will allow the download.  ALL att updates are FOTA(firmware over the air)..

Nvm, after a long time, I just changed the firmware to a US unlocked (no bloatware) and recieving updates 🙂

I already changed the firmware to SM-G935U 🙂
