MY QUESTION IS IF THE US GOVERNMENT HAS OUTLAWED HUAWEI PRODUCTS - CELL PHONES IN PARTICULAR - AND IF US CARRIERS WILL PROVIDE SERVICE TO HUAWEI

Well you can get service but no wifi calling advance messages or volte.
