HTC released Android 4.4.4 almost a month ago but we still haven't received 4.4.3 yet?
I'm a bit upset that AT&T is falling far behind with their OTA updates. With AT&T being such an expensive carrier, I should be expecting much more from them... I understand that AT&T pulled back 4.4.3 because some people had battery issues. But it's been 2 months since that pull back and we haven't heard a single word about it ever since. Did AT&T even fix these issues yet? When will 4.4.4 start rolling out for AT&T customers? And are they even going to finish 4.4.3 before Android 5.0 releases?

Sounds like you are talking about the M8. 4.4.3 is almost certainly not going to be fixed and rolled out again.
4.4.4 is in process. Rumor says mid-November for rollout, so possibly in the next couple weeks.

I really hope that rumor isn't ture. It would be a huge disappointment for AT&T destroying the experience for HTC One M8 owners. And if they can't even handle these minor updates, how are we suppose to trust them with future updates?

According to the following, the update is still coming, but delayed in order to include VoLTE:

Of course, far from "official".
But if Lollipop is coming to "other" M8 versions in 3 months, that probably means AT&T won't roll it out for 4 or 5 months!

4.4.3 had the power drain bug, not 4.4.4 (not yet released).

it maybe the number was 4.4.3 but I can tell you HTC included the bug fixes in 4.4.4 in that release. I checked the code. One of my m8's still has 4.4.3 on it. Its not used and will be traded in for the nexus 6 on the next program. The biggest thing in the 4.4.4 built is eye support.

If any are still interested, the 4.4.3 RUU was never actually "pulled". Its not listed on the support website anymore; but the direct download link is still active:
http://dl3.htc.com/application/RUU_M8_UL_K443_SENSE60_ATT_MR_Cingular_US_2.23.502.3_Radio_1.19.213311491.A22G_20.51A.4198.01L_F_release_387305_signed_2.exe
Only the OTA suffered from the battery drain issue, the RUU users never experienced it. But backup any personal data, as RUU will wipe the phone.
