Anyone with an m8 receive the lollipop update? I have not received anything, been using HTC guide app to try and help me find out if the updates come to my phone. Please help. Thanks.

not yet.  according to HTC brass, they got technical approval today, so the OTA shouldn't be starting until at least tomorrow.  knowing ATT, I wouldn't hold my breath, but feel free to ping the servers periodically.

Thanks for the info brother. I just heard Mo Versi tweeted that we should
start checking 10 am PST time. 1 pm here in east coast.

Nice, great call. I'll be checking! Love how well HTC communicates this
type of info out. It's a shame AT&T doesn't take a page out if HTCs
customer service book.

Exactly, I hate how we can only check once every 24 hours.

I've had nothing but problems since the update! I'm considering doing a factory reset, but I have to admit that I'm afraid to do it.

back up your data and factory reset.  It wont hurt the phone.

It won't fix the issues. I factory reset and Still have the problems. Just
gonna convert to developer edition.

How can I obtain S-OFF officially through AT&T, to stop a persistant bug that AT&T has done nothing about?

@HitShane

there is no such thing as official s off.  As for carrier IQ my wifes m8 has had no problem with it.  I would suggest a cache clear to see if it kills the constant gps your having.

If you want to get rid of carrier IQ all you need is root.
