Htc One m8 lollipop
Anyone with an m8 receive the lollipop update? I have not received anything, been using HTC guide app to try and help me find out if the updates come to my phone. Please help. Thanks.

not yet. according to HTC brass, they got technical approval today, so the OTA shouldn't be starting until at least tomorrow. knowing ATT, I wouldn't hold my breath, but feel free to ping the servers periodically.

I've had nothing but problems since the update! I'm considering doing a factory reset, but I have to admit that I'm afraid to do it.

back up your data and factory reset. It wont hurt the phone.
