How to get a return label?
I've been trying to return a phone for like a month and I called twice, they said that they would send me a return label and never did. Is there a better way of going about this?

Who is they? AT&T? Asurion?
What are you returning? Next upgrade? New phone? Warranty repair? Switcher trade-in?
Did you order by mail? A return label generally comes in the box? (for returning the NEW phone that came in the box).
