How to delete network from list on LG-K371

I would like to delete one of the networks that appear on my LG-K371, running K37111n, Android version 6.0. When I go to an office I often use and attempt to connect my phone to the desired network, my phone always first goes to another network on the available list. That network (“corp”) does not work. It is not useable. The desired network always is dormant. I must disconnect from the Corp network; then it takes tow or more attempts to connect to the correct network, since often my phone will re-connect to Corp.

I regularly tell my phone to “forget” the Corp network, but each time I return to that office, the same thing happens. **Is there a way to remove the Corp network from my phone’s list of available networks? To —maybe— Block it?

Hello @stepcoach,

We can definitely provide you with some more information on this. Unfortunately, you won't be able to block this network from showing as an available Wi-Fi connection option on your device. As you know, you can "Forget" the network if it was previously joined. You can also Turn off the Auto connect setting on your cell phone, to prevent it from joining that Wi-Fi connection automatically. Let us know if this helps.
