How to activate Active Armor

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone.  Due to volume of spam calls I am trying to load Active Armor.  It tells me to disconnect from WIFI and VPN and activate Mobile Data so it can authenticate my account.  I am in an area where the only service I have is through WIFI.  Without it I am dead in the water.  So how do you load Active Armor without phone access??????

Well, it has been over a month now and nobody from AT&T has contacted me about how to handle this.  Guess it cannot be done in my situation.  I at least expected a comment from a supervisor or something on it.

Did you not respond to the DM mentioned in the second post?  The DM expires usually that same day, so if you don’t come back and check this thread, you’ll miss it.  A DM from a CS rep is going to be the only AT&T contact that you’ll get on this forum, and it won’t be a “supervisor”.

As to your problem, it seems like the app requires you to connect the cell network in order to activate.  The fix would seem to be to go to an area where you do have cell coverage and activate it there.

No, I assumed I would get an email alert like I did after my original post.  So, I will attempt to go into town in a good reception area and activate it there.  Hopefully it will continue to work after that point.
