HELP Sounds don't preview during selection
Android Alcatel 5044R. None of lists of sounds or ringtones, etc will preview the sound. When I click or select a sound it doesn't play the sound. I have No Way of knowing what the new ringtone or sound is! Please Help Thanks!

In order to help, we need a few more details. Did you press Volume Up to ensure your sound was high enough? Is the phone on Do Not Disturb mode? Are the ringtones working when you get incoming calls and texts? Let us know so that we can research your issue. Thanks for reaching out to us!
