HELP ! Problems with LG G4 H810

Hello guys, i have updated my LG G4 recently via OTA from 5.1 to 6.0 and encountered many issues after updating.

* Lock Screen won't set up

* Some apps downloaded from Playstore make the phone crashes when i want to uninstall them

* The phone is getting Hot after a few time use

*  Security Settings is not working & the Setting App crashes when i chose Security Settings

* Random Screen Turn on

* Sometimes it shows an empty Menu

i already installed all patches from Software Updates menu and still have the same problem.

i tried to reset my phone to factory settings with the both ways (in settings & from recovery menu) and still have the same problems 😞

i don't know if there is a way to get back the old version or to reinstall the firmware again i'm currently use a Mac Os
Please if you could help me, i will really appreciate that.

Software updates are there to correct and enhance the phone. If issues occur, they can be problematic. I'm glad you reached out to us. We can help!

 

It is great you have already done some self-service troubleshooting! The factory reset is generally the primary step we do when a software update causes software glitches. You can also try our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Here, you choose your Phone Manufacturer > then choose your Device > under Device/software issues, please choose the appropriate topics. Here, you can follow a troubleshooting flow for the various issues you have to determine the best resolution for your device!

 

I apologize; there is not a method to revert back to the original OS. You can possibly speak with LG via chat or email or phone to see if they have any alternate options if these troubleshooting steps do not work. Since you have done the factory reset already with no resolve, you can see the available options to do a warranty exchange.
