Hello @Weez84,

We can definitely assist you with unlocking your SIM card. You can follow the steps at this link to Learn how to get the PIN Unlock Key (PUK) code to unlock your SIM card. Let us know if this helps.

The Supra was sold by Cricket.  You had to unlock (from cricket) it to work on AT&T

Again, another botched, broken link that is supposed to help us PAyING customers find our puk codes ourselves.

@DocRotten That link was posted 2 years ago. It probably worked then.

We can help you with that @DocRotten!

If you're trying to Acquire a PUK Code From Your Account, simply:

  1. Log into your MyAT&T Account.
  2. Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose the device that needs a PUK code.
  3. Select Manage my device.
  4. Under See device options, select Get your PIN unlock key (PUK).

If you have AT&T Prepaid instead:

  1. Contact or Prepaid Support to request the PUK code.
  2. Enter the eight-digit PUK code in your device.
  3. Select OK/Yes.
  4. Follow the prompts to create a new PIN code.

If your device displays PUK2 or PUK blocked call operator, then the wrong PUK code was entered 10 or more times in a row. The SIM card is blocked and must be replaced.

You can access the highlighted article for more details.

We hope this information is helpful.
