Hearing the people that I call ( or if they call me as well)
I have Galaxy Note s8 ( since Nov. 2019 ) and just today all of sudden I can't hear the party on the other side when I call or receive call .!!! I tried taking off the SIM card and put it back , Recovery, check almost everything but still nothing works!!!

It sounds like you have a broken speaker. If you change your phone to speaker mode does that fix the problem?
If the speaker is broken your options are, replace with insurance, replaced by upgrading your phone, contact a place that does repair on cell phones and see if they can repair it.
You do not have warranty on a four year old phone so that's out
