Hard reset LG-V410

I haven’t use my LG Tablet for a couple of years and can’t remember the password. Nor can I figure out how to get her hard reset to work. I’ve looked online and tried to follow the directions and although I can turn it off and then hit the button below then hit the offi again it just is not working any help is appreciated.

Allow us to offer a helping hand!

It is recommend to back up your files and device data before starting a factory reset on the tablet. Feel free to try these steps:

Turn the tablet off.
Press and hold the Power/Lock Key + Volume down Key on the right side of the G-Pad.
Release only the the Power/Lock Key when the LG logo is displayed and keep pressing the Volume Down Key.
While continuing to hold the Volume Down Key, Immediately press and hold the Power/Lock Key + Volume Up Key at the same time.
Release all keys when the Factory Hard reset screen is displayed.
Press the Power/Lock Key to continue or either of the Volume Keys to cancel
Press the Power/Lock Key once more to confirm or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.
You device will perform a hard reset.
